Q’Straint 4 QRT Standard Retractors with L-Track Fittings and Manual Shoulder/Lap Belt Strap

The QRT Standard is an economical, semi-automatic retractor system with a single tensioning knob to help meet minimum specifications and cost-conscious budgets without sacrificing safety. This wheelchair retractor kit secures a wheelchair or scooter on a bus, van or other transport vehicle outfitted with the Q'Straint L-track tie down system and includes four QRT Standard retractors with L-track fittings and one manual shoulder/lap belt strap.

Designed for transit & Paratransit buses, it has been crash tested at 30 mph (50 km/h). The J-hook ends attach to most mobility frames, and it’s mountable to walls, tracks, floors, seats, flip seats, barriers, and swing arms. The patented positive lock indicator clearly indicates when fitting is locked in anchorage (L-track application only).

With this system, a single tensioning knob allows you to secure wheelchair and occupant in under 10 seconds. The foot release lever allows for easy release, eliminating the need to bend down. The retractors are constructed from hardened steel and coated in zinc for maximum corrosion resistance.

Does not include L-track or floor pocket mounts. Recommended solution for occupied use. Meets or exceeds all SAEJ2249, ISO 10542, FMVSS 209,210,302,222, cmVSS 209, CSA Z605, AS2596 and ADA requirements. Cannot be mounted in the same row as stow-n-go seating.
