Q'Straint Wheelchair Tie-down Slide'N Click is an innovative fixed securing pocket with a 360-degree rotation for easy, one-handed operation. The bottom assembly (sold separately) provides floor anchorage and works in conjunction with the top assembly that attaches to a retractor for a complete wheelchair tie-down configuration.
