This lightweight mobility scooter lift comes with a hitch adapter that makes the lift compatible with any vehicle equipped with a Class I or greater hitch receiver. Its streamlined, open-platform design takes up minimal space and won't obstruct the driver's view out the rear window when folded up against the back of the vehicle. Thanks to its 350 lbs. weight capacity, our Harmar Profile scooter lift is perfect for transporting nearly any 3- or 4-wheel mobility scooters with wheelbases between 30" to 42" L.

To use the fully-powered lift, simply drive your motorized scooter onto the platform, and the automatic hold-down foot and rear wheel cradle will secure it in place without the need for tie-down straps. When you drive your scooter off the platform, it automatically folds up and out of the way against the back of your vehicle. A Class III hitch adapter is included, as well as a licence plate holder to increase plate visibility for state law compliance.

Please note, hitch-mounted mobility lifts are not recommended for use on tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel and camping trailers, motor-homes or RVs. Never exceed the maximum tongue rating of your trailer hitch and be aware that your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's suspension. Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension and prevent sagging. Carriers are not recommended for hitches less than 12" from the ground to the bottom of the hitch without the use of a riser adapter.
