The arm also adds an additional 3"-7" rise, perfect for low-to-the-ground vehicle hitch tubes, and providing clearance for the spare tire. The steel Silver Spring Folding Scooter and Wheelchair Carrier has a built-in 42" long folding loading ramp, and a 48" L x 27-3/4" W platform. It is compatible with Class III and IV trailer hitches.
Also included in this kit are spring pin handles to easily fold the carrier, two retractable tie-downs to secure your mobility device, and a water-resistant cover to protect your scooter or powerchair during transport.
