The T-Bar docking device requires removal of the seat of the scooter so the hook on the strap can attach correctly (if used with the C-Arm, the seat may be left).
The loop is adjustable to allow the vehicle to be lifted over its center of gravity. The generic docking device is the minimum device required to lift most scooters.
